I am based in New Zealand and was tasked with replacing our Melbourne regional office PBX with a new system. I chose MBIT to supply the phones and setup the server as Mark appeared to be well respected by the Asterisk user base in Australia. I realized I needed good support and a reliable and fault tolerant system because I couldn’t easily walk back into the office if things weren’t functioning.

MBIT has provided us with not one but two servers running as a cluster which works well and lets our office continue to function if one of the servers develop a critical fault. All the brands recommended have been at least as good as our NZ system if not better.

I had a week to install the system before I left. Originally I was expecting the installation of the phones and PBX to be the hardest part of the trip it ended up being one of the easiest I’ve been impressed with not only the configured system as a whole but the ongoing support provided to us.
